David M. Doggette, MS, MBA
President & Co-founder
Mr. Doggette earned his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Stanford University through the Undergraduate Training Program at the Department of Defense. He then received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park through the National Physical Science Consortium. Throughout his education and up until June 1996, David worked as a Software Engineer with the Department of Defense.
As a Software Engineer, Mr. Doggette has worked on several small and large scale projects in Java, C++, and the C programming languages. He has provided training in three different countries both on systems he has helped to develop and as an Interwoven Content Management trainer. He has also been on several consulting engagements as a Certified Interwoven Consultant. Mr. Doggette also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Howard Community College, teaching Introduction to Java Programming in the Business and Computers division.
As a System Engineer, Mr. Doggette serves as a PMP certified project manager providing oversight and guidance of an enterprise project and planning system using Oracle's Primavera tool.
Reginald T. Hay, MS, MS
VP of Engineering & Co-founder
Mr. Hay has experience managing the development of internationally deployed telecommunication products. He has also engineered wireless messaging systems, large-scale software development projects and miniaturized communication systems.
While working for the Department of Defense, Hay performed research and development in document image processing and digital video compression technologies. In addition, he served as a telecommunications engineer, specializing in second and third-generation wireless communications systems.
Hay has received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, a M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University and a M.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Shaun A. Burwell, MBA
VP of Finance
Mr. Burwell joined 2HB Software Designs in 1997, bringing over 12 years of Finance and Accounting experience in both the Public and Government Accounting fields.
He has participated and managed a number of different Financing strategies from Initial Public Offerings to Mergers and Acquisitions. This experience is and will continue to be invaluable for the future organic and strategic growth of 2HB Software Designs, Inc.
