Position:
In addition to the Labor Category requirements, candidates will work as members
of the Thread Analysis team that is responsible for in-depth analysis of the
Operational Turbulence product. The primary goal is to prevent problems and
resulting incidents from occurring, to eliminate recurring incidents, and to
minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented. You will be asked to
analyze scripts, system logs, interfaces, data flows, attend appropriate
meetings, briefings, demonstrations and report all findings to Government
leadership.
Required Skills
& Experience:
· Tier 2 technical support to include advanced technical troubleshooting and analysis methods
· Experience with scripting to include PERL and BASH
· Working knowledge of the LINUX OS
· Working knowledge of MYSQL
· Strong communications skills
· System Engineering experience in an agile environment
Other Desired Skills
& Experience:
· Knowledge of collection systems
· J2EE – Servlets, JSPs, MVC design pattern, DAO and application controller design patterns
