Description of Position
The candidate must have both an extensive technical background (can understand technical issues and risks) and experience with acquisition to include budget planning, TTO’s, etc. The selectee must be able to work independently as well as in a group and be comfortable working at all levels of the Agency. They must have excellent verbal and oral skills.Additional Requirements
