Network Engineer
Description of Position
The Network Engineer shall have a minimum of eight (8) years of network engineering experience.
A Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Network or Computer Engineering; Computer Science; or a related field may be substituted for six (6) years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Network or Computer Engineering; Computer Science; or a related field may be substituted for four (4) years of experience.
The Network Engineer shall have a minimum of three years experience involving:
• Network routing protocols, such as OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) • Network routing protocols, such as OSPF (Open Shortest Path First)
• Configuring IPsec tunnels and VPNs
• Configuring layer-3 filters/access-list • Installing, configuring and maintaining firewalls (e.i. Cyberguard)
• System Administration – Window operation system (2003-2000-XP-NT)
• Maintenance support for Windows Servers, Linux Servers, VMware ESX servers, Cisco switches, knowledge of CyberGuard Security Devices, and Storage Area Networks(SAN) • CASPORT
