-- Articulating and negotiating requirements definitions with customers and developers.
-- Competency in specifying use cases, scenarios, and CONOPs
-- Experience in developing Interface Control Documents, Interface Design Description, and dataflow documentation.
-- Experience developing DODAF artifacts.
